Dr. Lowe studied dentistry at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She completed her first General Practice Residency at Rochester General Hospital.  At the University of Washington, she earned a second General Practice Residency certification with an emphasis on adults with special needs and an interdisciplinary fellowship with Leadership in Education and Related Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND). After practicing as a general dentist, Dr. Lowe returned to Buffalo to train in pediatric dentistry at University at Buffalo, John Oishei's Children's Hospital.
