We Have So Much To Be Grateful For!
For most of us, Thanksgiving Day includes a delicious turkey, pumpkin pie, family time and reflections of all that there is to be thankful for. This is a year with a notable difference. We at Quince Orchard Dental Care have had a year filled with ups and downs mostly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we managed to power through it all. We would like to use this opportunity to express our gratitude to everyone who has been at our side.
It has been a year of “new normals” at work, home and in the community. Our mission has always been to be a “complete health” practice for our patients. This year it was about keeping ourselves, our team members, and our families healthy so we can continue our mission and our promise to our patients.
A special thank you to our doctors and team members who continued to treat our emergency patients during our COVID-19 closure. It was through your hard work, consistency and commitment to continue providing the highest level of care and service to our patients during these unprecedented times, that makes Quince Orchard Dental Care a respected community name. Without all of you, we could not truly be a reliable health practice! We are also thankful for access to PPE Wholesalers. Because of this great company, we were more at ease knowing that our team was outfitted with the highest quality PPE available to provide the safest experience for our patients and the safest work environment for our team.
We were happy to welcome many new patients to our practice in those 10 weeks of closing our doors to everyday operations. We were able to accommodate patients needing emergency dental care such as trauma, pain and infection and those who had trouble seeking care in their own dental practices or didn’t have dental homes. To our long-standing patients - we say ‘thank you’ for your patience, understanding and cooperation during this year. You have all been accommodating with all the changes and strict guidelines we had to put in place. Thank you for the kind words and checking in with our staff and their families during your dental visits. Also, thanks in advance for your continued referrals!
Thank you to our referring doctors and referring patients - we continue to open our doors to patients who are graciously referred for care by our loyal patients and referring doctors -- this is the greatest honor. Lastly, we would like to thank all the teachers, grocery workers, public health officials, frontline workers and anyone who puts themselves at risk for the benefit of others’ health, safety and wellbeing. We acknowledge the work put in by the food banks and mental health professionals who provided the necessary sustenance and support to members of our communities.
All in all, it was an interesting year and we do look forward to spending the day with those we love. May this Thanksgiving Day be filled with happiness, great food and quality family time. Happy Thanksgiving Day from the Quince Orchard Family to you and yours!
