Our Front Desk Team works tirelessly to care for our patients. At Quince Orchard Dental Care, our friendly, skilled and efficient support staff is dedicated to providing you with the best possible dental-care experience. Get to know the team that makes Quince Orchard Dental Care run like a well-oiled machine. 

Meet Casey 

Casey, our practice manager is the glue that keeps our practice running smoothly, each and every day. She brings boundless energy and valuable skills to the team. Casey graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Masters in Sociology from Rutgers University in 2013. Since she joined our Quince Orchard Dental Care family in 2015, she has been a model of resourcefulness and organization. Casey enjoys getting to know our patients and always has their best interests at heart. Our staff and patients benefit from her being a key member of the team.

Meet Deb

As front-desk team leader, billing coordinator and treatment coordinator, Deb is a key member of our practice. With more than seven years in the dental field, Deb works hard to maintain a smooth, flowing front desk. With her bilingual skills, at our office, she is the go-to person for anything that you may need. Her job entails educating patients about their dental treatments, benefits and insurance. When you come into our office, Deb is ready to greet you warmly at our front desk.

Meet Angelica

Angelica, our front-office scheduling coordinator, is always smiling. The consummate team player, she has been with our practice for eight years. When she is not at work, she is happiest spending time with her family. She loves to spend time outdoors, reading and listening to music. 

Meet Ashley   

Ashley, our pediatric scheduling/treatment coordinator, welcomes our youngest patients when they enter our practice. She makes sure that the experience of coming to the dentist is calm, friendly and positive for them. Her warm and caring personality is reassuring for children and parents, alike. Ashley enjoys educating them and putting them at ease.  

Meet Claudia 

Claudia’s experience with dentistry began when she was just 17 years old! She started in the field as an assistant at an oral-surgery practice. Now, she is thriving as a scheduling/treatment coordinator in our practice. To Claudia, our patients are her top priority. She assists them with scheduling their appointments and explaining treatments. Her goal is ensuring that patients receive the best-possible treatment when they enter Quince Orchard Dental Care.

Meet Stephanie

Stephanie, our front desk coordinator has always been captivated by the medical field, but she didn’t know how rewarding it was until she started her career in dentistry. Initially, Stephanie studied barbering, cosmetology, and then studied law. Ambitious Stephanie enjoys helping our patients make their oral care a priority. Delighted to be a part of our dynamic team, she contributes daily, helping the office to run smoothly and making sure that our patients have a positive experience. 

Meet Fatima

Fatima is the treatment coordinator for our general and specialist dentistry patients. Her passion for her career sparked when she was very young. Even as a child, she cared about her family’s teeth and dental health. She joined our practice in October 2021, bringing cheer and good will to our patients and staff every day. She is dedicated to helping our patients understand their treatment needs. 

Meet Mariella 

Mariella has only been a part of our practice for a month, but she is already an important part of the team. Following her mother’s example, our enthusiastic front-desk coordinator joined the dental field to help others. For Mariella, the most rewarding part of her career is seeing how dentistry can improve people’s lives. She is grateful to play a role in that.
